Bio
Hailing from Oakland, California, Ian Davis discovered the world of black and white film in 2001, using his father’s Pentax K1000. In 2008 he entered the world of digital photography under the guidance of Errol Dillon. His shooting varies from portraiture, events, documentary and street photography. Ian’s work has been featured in the SFMOMA, SF Weekly, Diablo Magazine, BRITDOC’s Good Pitch, Chinaka Hodge’s Thickwitness, JayYoungWorld.com and various album covers by independent recording artists across the Bay Area.
